At NYLI, we deeply appreciate your generosity and commitment to supporting our mission. As a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to fund our programs and initiatives. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which a donor needs to request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below:
1. Donation Cancellation
- Once a donation has been processed successfully, it cannot be canceled.
- If you believe that your donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), please contact us immediately at donorcare@nyli-ph.org or 034 485 4908.
2. Refund Policy
- Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions: If you have accidentally donated an incorrect amount or made a duplicate donation, you may request a refund within 5 days from the date of the transaction.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you suspect that a donation was made without your authorization, please report it to us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and process a refund if necessary.
- Non-Refundable Donations: As a general policy, donations made to NYLI are non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, as determined by NYLI at its discretion.
- Event-Related Donations: If a donation was made in connection with an event that is canceled or rescheduled, we will offer an option to redirect the funds to another initiative or issue a refund, depending on the donor’s preference.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please send an email to donorcare@nyli-ph.org with the following details:
- Full name
- Email address used for the donation
- Date and amount of the donation
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of transaction (if available)
Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

NYLI reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and donors are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
