Spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental in partnership with NYLI, the event recognizes the contributions of students, out-of-school youth, working youth, and marginalized groups in shaping a resilient province. The program focuses on human and spiritual development, leadership cultivation, and skills in agri-fisheries enterprises, creating opportunities for meaningful participation, employment, and community impact.
The 30th Panaad sa Negros Festival activities presented by NYLI are youth-led and advocacy-driven, designed to encourage participation while supporting sustainable development and social responsibility. By offering platforms for creativity, leadership, and civic engagement, these initiatives align with NYLI’s mission to empower young people to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
“We remain committed to supporting initiatives that empower the youth. We will continue building partnerships, expanding community programs, and creating spaces where young people’s ideas and talents can grow,” said Bong Lacson, Provincial Government Representative, highlighting the collaboration between the provincial government and youth organizations like NYLI.
Through programs like these, NYLI continues to advance its vision of a Negros and the Philippines led by capable, engaged, and empowered young leaders, where youth participation, community welfare, and sustainable development remain central.
